Every apartment you find on Swiss Unique Apartments has been visited, tested, and selected by us. We don’t manage hundreds of properties—we’ve handpicked about ten, each with its own history and character, in some of the most beautiful places in Ticino: Morcote, Montagnola, Gandria.
What we wanted to create is simple: a place where you feel at home from the very first moment, with a real person on the other end if you need them.

Everything you need is already there.
You'll find clean bed and bath linen, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, basic pantry essentials — salt, pepper, oil, spices — and water, coffee and tea ready for you. Every apartment has wifi, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron. Travelling with a small child? Just let us know — the travel cot is free of charge.
